Troubleshooting
Wallet won't connect
Make sure MetaMask is installed and unlocked. Try refreshing the page. Your wallet should prompt you to switch to the correct Polygon network automatically.
Transaction stuck or failed
Check that you have enough MATIC for gas. Try increasing gas limit in MetaMask. Wait a few minutes and retry.
Balance not updating
Balances refresh every 30 seconds. Try clicking the deposit button to force a refresh, or reload the page.
Comment not saving
Make sure you're signed in (wallet connected). If the error persists, the database may be temporarily unavailable comments will use a fallback store.
Market data stale
Market prices update in real-time. If data seems old, check your internet connection and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R).

Most issues can be resolved by refreshing your browser, reconnecting your wallet, or waiting for the next blockchain confirmation.
Deposits on Kayxa are processed on Polygon mainnet using USDC. Withdrawals are sent directly to your connected wallet address. All transactions are executed by the admin wallet so you never pay gas fees. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a few minutes, verify that the transaction was confirmed on Polygon and contact support with your transaction hash. Withdrawals typically process within 24 hours, subject to on-chain confirmation and admin wallet availability.
Market resolution on Kayxa is fully automated. 15-minute crypto price markets resolve using Chainlink oracle prices at the exact window end time. If the end price is higher than the start price, UP shares win. If the end price is lower, DOWN shares win. If prices are equal, the market voids and all positions are refunded proportionally. Resolution happens automatically in the backend without any user action required. Winning balances are credited to your account instantly after resolution.
