About Kayxa and These Terms

Kayxa is a decentralized prediction market platform built on Polygon blockchain. Users trade binary YES/NO outcome shares on real-world events including crypto price movements, sports, politics, technology, and global events. All trading activity occurs using USDC balances maintained on the Kayxa platform. Trades are executed on-chain by the Kayxa admin wallet, so individual users do not pay Polygon gas fees directly.

By using Kayxa you acknowledge that prediction market trading involves financial risk. Share prices can move against your position. Markets can resolve against your prediction. You may lose your entire stake on any given trade. Kayxa is not a financial advisor and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in financial trading.

Kayxa is a globally accessible platform and does not geo-block users. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that using Kayxa complies with all laws in your jurisdiction. Prediction markets may be restricted or prohibited in some countries or states. Kayxa does not target or market to US persons. Users in restricted jurisdictions use the platform at their own risk and discretion. Kayxa is not registered as a financial exchange or broker in any jurisdiction.

Crypto price markets on Kayxa resolve automatically using Chainlink oracle feeds on Polygon. Event markets are resolved by the Kayxa admin team based on verifiable public sources. All resolved market outcomes are final. Kayxa reserves the right to void a market in cases of oracle failure, data unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances. In a voided market, all traders receive a pro-rata refund proportional to their share count. For questions about these terms, contact us via the Help page.
